Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the merchant or the business you represent) and [Legal entity name pending] for use of Dollars, the advertising workspace at app.trydollars.com. By creating an account or connecting a store you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. The service
Dollars helps you plan and launch ad campaigns, generate creative, moderate ad comments, track storefront activity and report attributed sales. Some features depend on third-party platforms (Shopify, Meta, Pinterest and AI providers) and are available only when those integrations are configured and connected. Demo or sample data in the app is labelled and is not a connected provider result.
2. Your account and team
- Keep your sign-in details and API keys secure.
- You are responsible for people you invite to your workspace and for actions taken in it.
- You must have the right to connect each store and ad account you link, and you remain bound by Shopify’s, Meta’s and Pinterest’s own terms and advertising policies.
3. Your content and approvals
You keep ownership of your data and content. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. Generated copy, images and video are drafts: review them for accuracy, claims and rights before use. Campaigns are published to your ad accounts only when you launch them, and you are responsible for their content, targeting and budgets. Recommendations about your website are suggestions; you decide whether and how to make any changes.
4. Tracking pixel
If you install the Dollars pixel, you are responsible for disclosing it in your store’s privacy notice and for obtaining any consent your visitors must give before it loads. See the Privacy Policy for what it collects.
5. Fees
- Our fee is 2% of attributed sales. Attributed sales are orders Dollars matches to a campaign it manages, using order identifiers from your store or your authenticated server events.
- Attributed sales include shipping charged to the customer and exclude taxes. They are reduced for refunds and cancellations.
- Ad spend is separate. Meta, Pinterest and other ad platforms bill you directly under your own ad accounts; Dollars does not pay or resell ad spend.
- Fees are invoiced for each billing period with the orders they are based on, or, where enabled, charged as usage through Shopify’s app billing up to the monthly usage limit you approve in Shopify. Applicable taxes on our fee may be added.
6. No guarantee of results
Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any level of sales, return on ad spend, approval of ads by platforms, or other results. Reports and attribution are estimates based on the data available to Dollars.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Dollars to break the law or platform policies, to advertise prohibited products, to misuse others’ data, to probe or overload the service, or to access accounts you are not authorised to use.
8. Third-party services
Integrations rely on services we do not control. Their availability, pricing and policies can change, and we are not responsible for their actions. Disconnecting an integration in Settings & Billing stops Dollars from using it.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or ad spend.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Dollars at any time and request account deletion (see Data deletion). We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. Fees for attributed sales before termination remain payable.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Material changes will be notified in advance where required.
